Booking & Payment: For bookings via PayPal we will require 50% of your total duration amount which can be paid by credit & debit cards or bank transfer. For all bookings through our website, the balance is to be settled upon arrival in cash only; which would include 25,-€ final cleaning fee and if pre-ordered airport transfer.
Deposit: As a guarantee against any damages that can occur during your stay we will require 150,- € cash on arrival at the time of handing over the keys. Unless any accidents occur it is fully refundable and to be paid back prior to check out.
Cancellation policy: If any changes happen; you can modify or cancel your booking!
See the following deadlines; and please inform us in advance for recalculation and refunds. All refunds will be done within a week after your request is processed. All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
We are unable to make any more refunds than mentioned below even if cancellation is made as a result of force majeure which includes but is not limited to acts or threat of war, government action, strike, civil unrest, fire, failure of public utilities, medical emergency, natural or nuclear disaster or airport closure.
Oneapartistanbul.com recommends that the guests purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.
- Notice given more than 14 days prior to arrival – no charge.
- Notice given between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival – 50% of your advance booking value.
- Notice given less than 7 days prior to arrival, no notice and no show – full booking will be charged.
During your stay: You are expected to treat your accommodation and all of its equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations for the accommodation and its surroundings must be respected at all times.
If any damage is done to the accommodation or its equipment, you must inform the owner immediately, so that repairs can be dealt with as soon as possible.
Behaviour: Guests are expected to show consideration and respect towards the neighbours. As no accommodation is completely soundproof –everyone expects a level of noise from neighbours– please be considerate of noise, particularly in the evenings and at night.
The guest signing the rental agreement with the owner is expected to ensure that his/her guests will behave in a suitable manner. Should that person or his/her guests not behave in a suitably responsible manner, the owner reserves the right to evict the guest and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the guests.
Cleaning: The accommodation is cleaned only prior to your arrival. On your departure, the accommodation should be left in a reasonable condition. The owner is entitled to charge final cleaning fee of 25,- € for all duration of stays.
Cleaning upon request is available in one day advance notice where the same charge applies.
Arrival procedure: When you book an apartment, you receive the booking confirmation via email. Please print a copy of the email to bring with you; it has all the information that you need on arrival.
If you couldn’t provide your estimated time of arrival (ETA) when you booked, please let us know your ETA at least three days prior to your arrival date via e-mail. This helps to ensure an on time/prompt check in.
Number of guests: The guest must book for the number of guests in the booking party. If this number varies during stay, he/she must book for the highest number of persons that will occupy the accommodation.
Unless otherwise agreed by the owner, only the number of guests indicated by the guest in the booking are authorised to use the accommodation. The number of persons who may use the accommodation must not exceed its allocated capacity, except for children under three years old. In the event of any infringement of these obligations, the owner is entitled to evict the guest and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the guests.
Liabilities: The owner shall not be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the stay-period at the accommodation, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behaviour.
Amendments: In the event that the owner cannot provide you, the guests, with the apartment that was booked, the owner will endeavour to find you a similar accommodation, subject to availability. If no agreement can be made regarding alternative accommodation, the owner will refund the full prepayment for the booking. The owner is not made liable for further claims by the guests.
Litigation: In the event of any litigation concerning an accommodation booking with Oneapartistanbul.com, the Courts in Turkey have sole jurisdiction on such matters. Turkish law prevalent at the time will be applied.
Privacy Policy: The owner makes all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information collected from the guests are protected against loss and unauthorized access. Access to your personal information is restricted to selected employees or representatives. No credit card information is obtained by Oneapartistanbul.com or its servers; all credit card information received for payments are only transmitted and kept at security certified PowerHostels and/or PayPal servers.
Retention of Your Personal Information: The owner retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with applicable laws and for the duration and extent of our business practice.
Except with guests’ consent, the owner will not sell, share, license, trade or rent your personal information to others outside of the Oneapartistanbul.com websites and related services. The owner may disclose personal information to third parties, such as suppliers engaged to assist us in providing services to you or to carry out one or more of the purposes described above.
The owner reserves the right to co-operate fully with police officials in any investigation relating to any personal information or any purported unlawful activities.
Website information: All information and resources regarding the Oneapartistanbul.com accommodations are supplied by the owner except for the links pages. The owner reserves the right to update information published on the site at any time including (but not exclusive to): rates, descriptions and photographs. The owner does not guarantee condition or suitability of any product or service as advertised on its link pages.
The owner reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time as required.
Booking of accommodation signifies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
